I'm back from Santa Barbara Orientation..
It was okay, it was a bit overwhelming. I didn't make any BFFs there though. [yet]
It's an amusing campus, they actually say things like "Don't drink.. Well if you have to drink, have only 3 drinks and be sure to drink lots of water and eat food" keeping in mind its illegality.
My suitcase is still MIA, somewhere in Rome.
Poor thing.
I signed up for my classes. God, that's so crazy. The classes get filled up so quickly.
Introduction to Ethics (Philosophy)
Basic Astronomy (Physics)
The Story of English (Linguistics)
Italian I
!! I wanted Spanish 4, but it filled up. ]: I figured that Italian I would be easy when I'm not expected to know anything.

i'm finally home at last.
i missed 07/07/07 AND the fourth of july.
the trip was amazing, really great.. europe is so cool. it felt soo long. i'm so tired too. i've been on planes for like 16 hours. also they lost my luggage in rome, but they will be sending it to me when they find it.. ughh.

i got into Cal Poly SLO, SC, Davis and Santa Barbara so far. UCLA isn't out til the 1st.. Ridiculous. I am sad that my whole "Get into one school only so you don't have to make a decision" didn't work out.
¿Quién está aburrida? Yo.

Do people honestly expect that their ice cream will be safe in my freezer? (Sorry, but it's definitely not).
I'm finally done with Christmas shopping for my family, yay! Oh my goodness, I've probably been to Target every day for like, a week or more. Every. Day. I went to Trader Joe's in Morgan Hill, and it's quite lovely. Oh yeah, and

I hate Mondays; so much work!
I'm trying to caught up on schoolwork but there's only like 2 weeks left before Christmas break.. I need to talk about 163794 times in Spanish.
I'm soo excited about Christmas! We get to light a fire, watch Home Alone 2 etc., drink peppermint mochas, go shopping for people and wear scarves. Well, I get to do that. We need to put out decorations and get a tree already. (:

Well, it's 2:00 am of the last day to submit apps, and I have finally sent them on their little way. FINALLY! I wrote about a million versions of the 600 word one, but ended up with one on my vegetarianism. Finally.. Now I'm soo tired. Must sleep.

It's finally, finally Friday! Whew. I worked on my college applications for 2 full hours in Animation (We had a sub- Beelsey). I knocked out most of my extra curriculars and updated all my classes for my CSU applications. I need to finish my personal essays and have Ms. E look over them.
I'm so bored though.. I don't do almost anything on the weekends anymore. Bleh. I better go to Barnes & Noble or something tonight.. So sick of being home. I really want to see Borat (which is now showing here!) and Casino Royale. Only 2 days of school next week, yay! I'm planning on studying for the APES test with JasCar on Sun/Mon.. I really need to do well on it (Since I suck at APES).

I'm just wasting time until the Office starts, so I thought I'd post.
Senior year suuucks so far. There's too much homework. I don't know, it's annoying. I feel like I need to take a seminar on time management or something. Also I really want a job. Haha. I feel like a really boring person. Thank god it's almost friday. I want to go shopping. And I guess I'm doing some kind of volunteer thing on Sat. Okay, it's on. Adios!

whoa, ipod nanos are now in color. i can't decide if i want one or if i should keep my pink mini. the new color nanos look just like a tiny version of the mini's, the corners of the colornano aren't all rounded like the old nano, they're like the old mini. this is too confusing, maybe i'll wait six months for the next new thing to come out.. i wouldn't know what color to get anyway, i like pink but is the pink too bright? decisions, decisions. and getting engraving on your ipod? sheesh.

so far it kind of sucks.. my schedule:
1- photo
2- AP environmental science
3- AP spanish 4
4- guitar
5- AP gov/econ
6- AP senior lit
photo seems fun but i only know 1 person in my class. everyone is taking it because it's a "slacker class", obviously. APES is awesome, because of kuwada! he is so cool. spanish 4 seems really difficult. i HATE guitar and i want to switch out even though they're not allowing people to switch. i'm going to talk to the principal because i really, really want to take advanced digital design instead. AP gov/econ is fun, pratt seems really funny. and lastly, AP senior lit is scary. there's not very many people in my class, so it's completely silent. about 1/3 participates. plus i don't get to sit next to anyone. ;-;
hopefully it will get better!

forgive me for being overdramatic in my last entry.. :3 but yeah, today has been a good day so far. a 100% on my last math test and jamba juice is enough to make me happy, lol. (:
i just remembered that i never turned in the great gatsby. O_o should i dye my hair dark brown, or more of a reddish color? i dunno. not bright red or anything, maybe just an auburn tint or something. hmm.
